Challenge

The aio family of companies publishes Hawaii Magazine, Honolulu Magazine, Hawaii Business Magazine, and other Hawaii-focused publications. While MediaSpan’s Circulation Pro is used by aio to power their sites with great success, the templated subscription forms provided were not delivering the types of conversion rates aio group was looking for. The manual workarounds created proved to be time consuming and hard to manage.

Our Solution

Utilizing Circulation Pro’s well defined API, Allora Media was able to integrate its popular Landing Page (LPE). This implementation allows aio group to create customized web forms on the LPE platform which then automatically convert and integrate into the overall look and feel and user experience of the various aio group sites. At the same time, all submitted data, including credit card transactions, are communicated with Circulation Pro in realtime via the API.

Results

On "Cyber Monday" of 2011, with our customized LPE in place, aio had its best single subscription sales day in history - taking nearly 2,000 orders in a single day.
